I called last night because some punk was racing up and down the highway behind my house for hours, doing at least 90 - and making enough noise to wake the dead. He pulled into the parking lot next door to take a pee and I thought I had him, so I called 911, he told me to call the noise number. Wow - good to know- thought doing ninety up and down the highway for hours was against the law - guess not. By the time I got thru the push options- he was leaving.

yeah- I got five one morning for one homeless guy who was sleeping on my porch in nothing but a beach towel. He came back the next Sunday and they finally nabbed him, he was in the police car, but when I insisted they take him in the officer told me they were short one guy, had no cells available so maybe I they could just haul him up on the porch and I could tell him I'd beat the crap out of him if he came back! LOL - suurree that'll work - god forbid you should do your job -
