This will likely be Maks' last season. He thinks the show is about him, and without this show he would be a nobody. How many dancers (especially male)can you name that are not on one of the TV dance show competitions?

Boy it would suck to be Julia. You get one chance in your life, and you start against Jennings. And you give him a total run for the money.

Albert Bell won a grammy for his guitar solo when this was recorded. He is an all-star in a line-up of all-stars.

There are some one-measure tributes in here. I caught Shaft & Pink Panther. Cool stuff.

On all of her songs, she simply does not get nearly enough credit for being a truly gifted guitarist. She had the ability to take a pure voice, blend in some fine guitar work, and arrange the living beejeezus out of a song. Just amazing.

I keep looking for this from Chuck, and cannot find it. This is one of the most beautiful songs ever written, and I believe it won him his first grammy.

Just an amazing blend of instruments and a simple yet elegant melody line... just perfect.

The main reason Julie Andrews did not win is likely because she had won the previous year for Mary Poppins. And there has always been a bias towards the "serious" (as opposed to musical or comedic) performance in the Academy voting.

This should get more hits. It is excellent.
