The Torah is the Holy Book in Judaism (correct me if I'm wrong)
The Quran is the Holy book in Islam.

The Talmud is a HISTORICAL ACCOUNT written by HUMANS on Judaism and Jewish history.

Sahih Bukhari is a HISTORICAL ACCOUNT, written by HUMANS on Islam and Islamic history.

You can deny the Talmud because you do not believe it to be the word of God (and rightfully so I'm with you on that)
Than I can deny Sahih Bukhari because it is DEFINITELY not the word of God(it is narrated by humans).
