Trillium is an acoustic music quartet located in the far western suburbs of Chicago. Our eclectic repertoire ranges in style from Celtic to folk to ragtime to swing to bluegrass, and is definitely entertainment for the whole family.

Although we've only been playing together three years, we've performed all over the Midwest at festivals, libraries, pubs and coffeehouses. Our music has been featured on WFMT's Midnight Special, WDCB Folk Festival, Wisconsin Public Radio's Simply Folk, CelticNet and Highlander Radio.

Trillium is: Mim Eichmann - hammered dulcimer & vocals, Ed Hall - guitar, banjo & vocals, Paul Russell, fiddle & mandolin, Doug Lofstrom - bass & vocals.

Love you guys... I saw Ed this last Christmas at the Woodstock opera house. (Which was amazing, thanks for such a great night!) and saw Trillium at Gail Borden. To be honest, I didn't want to go at first, but my mom and sister convinced me to. I didn't even know what I was going to at the time, and was shocked when I saw Ed Hall up on stage! I had a great time at the concert. The whole rest of the day I was humming the songs you guys had played. Come back to Gail Borden soon!
