is it not right down in the constitution, that when a government system gets old, it is time to throw it out and put in a new system? is it possible that the founding fathers knew that one day, the american empire would end, and that is why it is the citizens right to do away with the old sysytem? it is the citizens absolute american right to change the system that they live in for the better, do you agree? so why is it that the system is still the same? for the exact reason you gave. people are lazy, they simply do not try to make change. at least in this time and age they dont.
