Turn 8: Conquered Ashikaga and did the 1st Yamatai event
Turn 9: Recruited Isoruku and did the 2nd and 3rd Yamatai event
Turn 10: Declared war on the Miko Institute and fought a battle.

Final battle against Ashikaga was even closer than last time. Keeping Ikkyu in prison for now, might recruit him later if I need to use Witty Comeback.

Got attacked by assassins after the 1st Miko fight but those are always easy to win.

End of Turn 4: Ashikaga demands money, I refuse and start a war
Turns 5 and 6: Fighting Ashikaga, conquered Mamushi Oil Field.

Last battle was very close... Tried to conquer as much of Ashikaga as possible before Yamamoto Isoruku started fighting. She auto-defeats Rance once so I can't use him after she appears.

Managed to get an Attack Textbook and Expert's Drum on Turn 6.

This is a full playthrough of Sengoku Rance, a Turn-Based Strategy game by Alice Soft. It's not meant as a guide but you could use it like that, I guess. Cutscenes or unimportant events (like building the prison, etc.) have been editted out but all battles are included. The full game has adult content which might be offensive to some people.

I was still experimenting with the recording so the video stutters a bit and the audio goes out of sync sometimes. Next videos look/sound better.

Turn 1: Built prison and talked to Kou to open the recruitment options
Turn 2: Recruited Fuuka and declared war against Hara
Turns 3 and 4: Fighting and conquering Hara

Managed to get a SenriQ's Cup, I will use it in a few Turns.

There's not much to do on these first turns so I just get rid of Hara before Ashikaga starts demanding money, otherwise I have to fight both Families at once.

Ranmaru and Katsuie are my main units for now. Fuuka (like most Mikos) doesn't do much and I use her mostly as an additional target in battle. I don't plan to make much use of Rance for troop battles either as it takes too much to make him useful, though he is a great unit if you do power him up.
