what is really amazing that willie nelson is talented and has a kinda nice voice, but when he plays alone with his band he has no sense of rythm, whereas in this video his is for the most part rythmically and sonically on the spot....

billy sheehan actually does it another way.... he fretts the harmonic with the side of his thump nad then he plucks it normally with his 2nd or 3rd fingers ( the usual fingers for plucking hte bass)

you dont need to put the thump on the neck or use 2 fingers to sound good... that is just an easier way to do it... i ve been doing it for ages with one finger ( it is easier when you skip strings......)

this version has many mistakes....... he is indeed human though really inspired...
