My name is Chantel. i am a solo singer. i sing dance and write my own songs. i am 17 years old born Deborah Chantel Winn on May 16th 1991. i chose my middle name as my stage name because it is french for singer. and thats what i want to be when i get older. if i couldnt be a singer i would either be an entertainment lawyer, a clothing designer or and interior designer. My family plays a big role in my life, i got a chance to see how people who couldnt love me unconditionally would react to me, in my own family. because i am such a free spirit my family treated me different. they were all rules rules rules, and here i come a party girl who likes the spotlight, and being the center of attention in a crowd. i never really acted out, but i was still never completely accepted by all of my family members. i started singing when i was three years old at my church, Faith Tabernacle Gospel Church. the first song i remember doing was called....ummm...no weapon i think. but i sung it with my dad, Tyrone, at church. since then i have done school talent shows, talent competitions and Benefits. I go to High School For Recording Arts, also known as Studio 4 or Hip Hop High.
