There are times when my mania helps me write music, but when you're on the other end of the spectrum (depressed) it's hell. Pure and simple. If you have the condition you might as well learn how to use it to your advantage. What alternative do you have?

Even if evolution were not true it doesn't mean the religions we have in this world are validated. They're all flawed.

It's not even about evolution. It's about believing in a book that condones murder in the name of a god. That book is the 'Holy Bible.' Unfortunately, the majority of zombies who accept it as "god's word" obviously have either not read it all or choose to ignore those passages, which are plentiful.

I don't agree with this technique. NEVER turn into your enemy's control. Always turn to the outside of your opponent where YOU have the power and control. If you turn in as this guy suggests the enemy can still slash you. If you move outside them, you can at least hit and run. RUN if you can.
