certain saurians run 3090 hp or 2840 hp or less is ok as long its not over 3590
Same thing applies to ninjas

Certain zerkers can run up to 3590 or 3540 either amount is ok just as long it does not go over 3590 for all 3 tribes.

SF2 Random Wifi Rules
Challenge and victory will be void if you:
- Use Automatic Tribe King (ATK)
- Lag to the point of affecting game-play.
- Have duplicate Blue Cards should you be a Rogue (as they lack Bro Roulette)
- Use Magic Breath or any of the other immobilization charge shot Weapons (as they are pure chance and require no strategy or skill to use).

The below Cards are never to be used even if you Bro Roulette them. Get fair Brothers:
- King's Grandeur
- Le Mu
- Darkness Hole/Black Hole Series
If your HP exceeds 3590 and you have an Aura, the fight will also be void. Don't. Cheat.
