@luimp3 Tienes razon, pero el comandante de la CIA da el "ok" final y despues de eso el operativo peruano abordo del avion de la CIA le da instrucciones al piloto de la FAP para abrir fuego (fase 3). Como dije anteriormente, este video solo muestra partes de todo el evento.
