I know spending based on what you expect to be earning down the road is extremely unwise but a lot of Corporations do it routinely but then they can get a government bail out.
Thank you for your remarks. Your English is very good for a second language, I no doubt would be a clumsy fool trying to debate in anything but English.
How is the economic profession down there in South Africa? I must admit my knowledge of the economic field in South Africa is lacking. However, I do know of a magnificently brilliant and original economist named William Harold Hutt who taught at Cape Town. Have you heard of him?
PS Math is a wonderful field and so is economics... but the two do not mix!! :)
