La'Trecia Mallet is the owner and Artist Director of X-Treme Level Dance Company. She is a 1st- 5th Grade Dance Educator at Roderick Paige Elementary School, Instructor at So Real Dance Studio teaching the only BUCKING Class being offered in city of Houston, recently signed with 24 Hour Fitness as a Group X Instructor teaching a Cardio Dance Class, the Hip Hop Competition Choreographer for Lamar High School Dancers, and recently named the Outreach Program Hip Hop Instructor for Houston's Largest Dance Organization "Dance Houston".

Trecia is the Founder of X-treme Motion Dance Crew which were voted one of Americas top dance groups from the south, and known for their unique signature style of dance. Not only did they make history by being the First All African American Females of Americas Best Dance Crew, they were the First HBCU Dance Team to perform on ABDC, the First HBCU Dance Team to become a Professional Dance Crew, and the First Only All Girl Crew Selected from all regions to hit the stage in ABDC History.

The one thing that makes Trecia different is that she not only has a passion for Dance, but for animals as well. She lives a double life as a Professional Dancer/ Choreographer and Company Owner, and also a Veterinary Technician with hopes of becoming a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine. Her career as a dancer led her to landing a role as a cheerleader in the 2004 film Friday Night Lights, one of the few chosen to perform in the half time show for Super Bowl 37, and teaching young children in the Houston surrounding area self improvement, authentic dance moves, cheer, stepping, and twirling. She has also traveled across the world to Korea, Italy, Spain, Germany, Jordan, Turkey, and Belgium on tour performing for the US Army Troops, and hosting Dance Workshops and Clinics for the Children of the Armed Forces. She's had the pleasure to dance for artist such as J. Holiday, Adassa, Coline, Lyons Ave, G.T., and Leslie Gonzales. She's also opened for R&B leaders R. Kelly, Neyo, Keyshia Cole, Nina Sky, Lloyd Banks, and Olivia. Recently Trecia has worked with a variety group "The Glam Girls" on the Korean Tour for the US Army Troops. Not only is she the choreographer and lead dancer but she is also the production director.

Currently Trecia has started a Majorette Scholarship at Texas Southern University, established her very own Dance Company providing dance education/ workshops and camps, and most importantly Implementing 5 Programs in her company.
