Hi, my name is DJ TRAX and I'm a DJ out of St. John's, Newfoundland & Labrador. I co-own a mobile dj company providing exceptional service to the residents of St. John's and surrounding communities of the North East Avalon and beyond.

Hi, I'm Shane, otherwise known as DJ TRAX. I've been djing for 16 years at various clubs here in St. John's, Newfoundland, Canada and I've started up a mobile DJ service along with my fiance Nicole.

We do the weddings together and we're having a ball doing them together.

How does this apply to me? Well I am a dj tutor. I share my information in the hopes of educate my fellow djs both club and mobile.

The advice that I give can be in the form of a gig log. A gig log is a video where I show various events that I am hired to do from my perspective in hopes that other djs can learn from me as well as give me advice on how to improve my service.

Also I discuss new pieces of equipment that I have purchased in hopes of encouraging others to invest into their systems and make the purchase that is best for their needs.

I also do v-logs where I discuss everything from what's on my mind to a new piece of software that others may find informative.

However some of these videos do require the use of recorded music to facilitate teaching. Also as in the case of gig logs, since I am a dj I will be using copy righted recordings and them being presented in the video is an unavoidable consequence.

Again, these videos are strictly educational in nature and the music is simply secondary to what the intended purpose of the video was created for. There is no profit being made, I do this solely for the love of sharing my understanding and experiences with others out there who share my interestin the dj industry.
