@johnguerrero79 It's roughly 2550 calories based on these numbers. (Fat is 9 calories per gram, carbs and protein are 4 calories per gram).

hey rob, looking good man. I'm just curious as to why youre so concerned about sodium in the off season. I realize that you dont want to eat 4 days worth of sodium in one meal but using some regular (or low sodium) soy sauce isnt going to hinder muscle growth. Are you concerned about water weight...
