Hi , only just found your channel and your excellent vids . Very interesting . Ive not watched all of your vids yet but will be doing . Is one of those guys you ? Ive worked in line maintenance and substation / underground cable maintenance here in UK all my life , until recently . ( I work from home now for myself - but still interested in and love the high voltage lines ) . We have a lot of the so called " light DC " high voltage lines appearing here in UK lately - its very cheap / easy to install , etc , but not like " the real thing ". Do you have much DC in the USA with the very long distances ?

I love your vids, I am a HV tech for a big company in Dallas, tx, work with 138kv down to 480v, I am not a linesman though. I maintian the sub yard and all substations and fault fighters.

I am guessing rules are a bit different in the states... why do you guys not have proper fall arrest, why is that attitude so different there?
