I love trains and have been since my parents took me to the McCormick Stillman Railroad Park in Scottsdale Arizona when i was about 1yr old. When I was 2 I was given Thomas the train products and continued to receive them till I was like 8yrs which just made me love trains even more. Now I am a member of the Maricopa Live Steamers and have been since I was 6 or 7. I own several HO locomotives and train cars and I also have a 1.5 in scale Super Mack made by Cannonball Locomotive Works Ltd. it is large enough to ride on but just. Trains are more than a hobby for me and some day trains will even be a part of my career. I hope to become an engineer for the BNSF RR. I love trains now and i always will.
My favorite Locomotive is the Southern Pacific Daylight GS-4 4-8-4 Northern Steam Locomotive. with all the rest of her GS-4 class engines scrapped, her whistle is a bit of a tribute... a ghost of the past that is refuseing to die... a tribute to her railroad and the legacy of American Steam
