Indeed; both of the preserved examples were based in Kent until 1959. I was born and grew up in Folkestone and spent a lot of my youth on the platforms of all 4 Stations in the town. My Grandmother worked in the buffet on the Harbour Station and I had a relative who was a Relief Signalman in Kent...
