@theogt821 Careful....you may be replacing the WHOLE thing if it's too old.

@dawgfan625 2011 NEC code allows you to run a single green or bare gound conductor to a water pipe that is grounded to the electrical service. So no need to run the wire all the way back to the panel. Simply use a water line bonding clamp if you have metal piping.
