Back in 1987 I bid about £175 on the Severn Sound Radio Money Mountain Weekend, to see the concert at the Gloucester Leisure Centre. I remember Severn pulling out all the stops in promoting the music and we loved hearing it! I came over all 1987 a little while ago and put the album on - Lovely stuff!

Carol, Ron and the 'team'....thank u so much for this Channel on Youtube. I've been a fan since waaaay back. So many of your videos never aired inAustralia (where I'm fromoriginally)....so it's great to finally get to see them.

Good to see all these *great* videos seeing the light of day again. I was at the Hammersmith Concert some of the videos were taken at - it's a very sobering thought that was nearly 20 years ago.
Anyway 2007 - new single, summer 'picnic' gigs, Official Myspace and Youtube pages - hope this all means that Carol {+ T/Pau??} are going to 'hit the road' again properly sometime soon. I for one live in hope...........regards, Andrew |
