Do you have any idea on how to reduce valve noising sound without open top cover for trapap valve adjusting ? I heard some say change often engine oil may overcome the said problem , it that truth ?

@EricTheCarGuy I guess loose parts caused noice but fyi I have been using syntetic 5w40 and change engine oil every 10,000km , its i-VTEC instead of VTEC .
