My main concern is taking the stealth+ detection and 1+ movement speed over 3% damage. It'll just be a case of seeing how essential that 3% is, though on past experience I doubt it'll make up for the lack of movement/detect. Imo CD reduction on debilitate is a requirement.
Any comments / criticism is valued.
