@XDPete I like the idea of basic exercise physiology but unfortunately your wrong with your theory. If that was true, then why aren't bodybuilders sprinters? Its more to do with the number of type 2 muscle fibbers in the muscle, you need a gd ratio of muscle but too much hinders performance

No, I agree. And most the tests they seem to do don't control the variables at all, or test on enough people to be valuable. So results are just taken from a one off test and are have no validity or reliability.

I love all the comments on this bout Batista in the UFC and making his way to MMA. The guy is a machine I give u that but he'll never be a top fighter and I doubt he'd b a gd fighter. For one he's going to strikeforce not the ufc as Dana white seems to have a bit of sense.

Looking forward to watching him get dropped on his first pro fight in a cage. He's a strong dude but couple years training isn't going to b enough against guys that have been training to fight for decades
