@rkofu1 ligaments don't grow buddy they are simply tight cords to connect and hold bones closely to one another. They have nothing to do with making the lift easier in terms of force output. Plus, he did a bit more than just a LITTLE sway with his lower back. Yes, it was an impressive lift though...
