Thank you for stopping by sorry to hear that u weren't satisfied with ur purchase if you haven't use nor removed the lace why isn't the company refunding ur money back or sending another unit? u really need to call them because a unit is made with silky texture hair so tuning the hair into yaki not sure that this process could be done not an expert in hair that way, try taking the unit to an beauty shop asking them if they can possibly help u out with taming the hair so it wouldn't be so silky, another option after a few washes the hair would begin to break dwn, I'm not sure about which hair u purchased if its human or synthetic but if the hair is synthetic they're isn't much you could do. I hope Ive helped u out if not just send me a message and I'll try an find out further for u

I purchased a wig that i am not able to return. the texture is silky how do I change the texture from silky to more yaki, which is what I actually wanted. By the way is is real human hair not if that makes a difference.
