being fit was UNPOSSIBLE before crossfit invented the power clean and handstand pushup. pro athletes and olympians were weak, with pretty beach muscles because their strength training wasnt FUNCTIONAL!

@donvito2k16 I'm confused..... if the spread offense doesnt work in the big ten, then how did jim tressel achieve so many wins with troy smith in 05 and 06? and then terrelle pryor in 08-10? he wasnt running a power I with those QBs..... but what sort of offense was it? clearly it was not a sprea...
