@sakalak bears a resemblance, doesn't he? Actually, it's Jimmy Savile, sometimes TOTP host and long-time TV personality in Britain. He just passed away about 6 weeks ago, RIP Jimmy. Search his show "Jim'll fix it" for a few hours of laughs!
