I don't think so myself. Andre's style is conceptual storytelling, mixed with abstract lyricism, creative wording and and light wordplay which plays into the content. I don't think Common can execute a story as nicely and doesn't have the diverse flow Andre has. In terms of wordplay I'd say both are equal, maybe I'll give the edge to Com actually. Storytelling I'd give to Andre, as well as rhyme scheme to execute well told stories and content lyricism.

BTW, my favorite 'Kast album is Aquemini, but Aquemini and ATLiens are very close.

Yeah, I mean I think he's an incredible lyricist and he's very creative. He can story tell, the way he delivers concepts through double entendre's and extended metaphors is often very unique. Even his wording is creative, like in Git up Git Out: 'Never smelt the aroma of a diploma', any other rapper would've just been like 'don't have a diploma'. Personally I don't think Common is better than 3000 on a technical level. Why do you think so?

What do you think of Andre 3000? You think he's lyrical? I think he's dope as hell but these other dudes I debate with (young128, TheColorfulCube) don't think he is lyrical at all. I think they only like NY guys.

Forreal?! SHIT that would suck! Naah, might be rumours though, I've seen Rae live and he's always talking about how new school sucks. Trust. I doubt, but if that does happen fuck that shit.

Nothin' much, same shit, life is good. Hows your's? Did you enjoy Rae's new mixtape 'Unexpected Victory'? It more than satisfied me as a Wu Tang fan. Plus there's talks of Only Built 4 Cuban Linx Part 3, could be dope, but not too much info on it at the moment.

Tupac is not touching Biggie on a lyrical level. Tupac may have had a tougher life, but Biggie's life was also considerably tough. Hip Hop is a representative culture, people tell their stories- however you can't say Tupac had a harsher story to tell therefore he was greater, you also have to appreciate THE WAY THEY TELL THEIR STORIES, aka their lyrics and their lyrical ability. Biggie told his stories in a much more creative and able way than Pac ever did.
