Nice. Have had some good results myself from giant set consisting of barbell shoulder press, narrow grip upright row, lateral raises and then narrow grip bar press. Giant sets are the way forward.

That's the way. Proper gient set rather than just a tri set. No buggering around between exercises and nice alternation between pull downs and horizontal pulls at the start. I've been getting some very good results with a similar set myself.
