hey man. just saw your message. sorry i've been away for a while for work. but thank you very much for your comments. the way we do it is exactly the same way they do it for the movies and the t,v show. its all to do with recording the vocals at half speed. its a tricky technique, but once you learn it you never forget it ;) google chipmunk recording technique. it gives you heaps of detail on how its done. give it a try. its fun...but alot of work :P

I'm almost positive its and original because Alvin spells out a word at the beginning of it and so many of their songs use that technique for example Acceptance from the Undeniable album, and even the new Vaction song which is on www.munkyourself.com. They spell out vacation. I haven't found anything on it.

How so??? It's seems a lot like the Squeakquel, but Mike Mitchell is a far better director than Betty Thomas so I have a little more hope than the last movie.
