@doggieman1961 its obvious that you need a hearing aid..those voics are identical..you have to remember that there is approx. 30 years inbetween the recordings & they still sound the same except for a little aging on Jon's part

@willpn100 Actually Elvis did this as a tribute to Al Jolson...Jolson recorded it in Aug of 1950 2 months befor he died..Elvis being a huge Jolson fan wantedto do something to tibute Jolson on the 10th aniversary of his death.this was his favorite Jolson song so he recorded it & it was released ...

go listen to the early Elvis version of this ..theres no mistake..if Jon isn't Elvis he's the BEST impersonator ive ever heard & i heard lots of them

Morris Stoloff made a brief appearance in the movie "Jolson Sings Again". the sequal to "The Jolson Story". he is seen directing the orchestra while Jolson is making a recording. he did a great job in both pictures with the music & i think this is great also

when i was a child this was on tv Christmas Eve 3 or 4 times in the Philadelphia area. i watched it every time & it filled my heart with warm feelings about Christmas. it was sad when it didnt appear anymore. thank you for shareing this with all to see
