Killer! I'm always looking for new high intensity exercises. Not sure I can do all these or last the full four minutes but definitely something to work towards. New kettle bell moves are a plus for me, thanks for that side to side exercise.

I'm a big almond butter fan. Is what you are using dry roasted? More sugar in that way. Go Raw Almond Butter instead. Same brand.
