this is continuation of previous post below: --- this is just dropping the Y=7-5X into second equation
So: 2X+3(7-5X)=-5
2X+21-15X=-5
2X-15X=-21-5
-13X=-26
x is therefore = 2
We already know that
Y=7-5X and we just found out x=2
therefore y=7 - 5(2) sticking in the fact that x=2
y=7-10 ...
