that is one of the weirdest things i have seen in a while. weather can sure do some strange things.

two reasons for the fireball exiting the far side of impact. 1) newtons first law of motion 2) in order for the fuel to fully ignite it would need time to disperse into the proper air/ fuel ratio. undispersed fuel traveling at 600 mph = explosion on other side of impact.
