I don't know why anyone's shocked about the X Factor being fixed - they've already chosen the winner, but have to keep up the pretence that it's real whilst all the idiots are putting money in their pockets by voting.

I remember when an audience would watch an act and then applaud at the end.

Nowadays we have to endure these hyped up shows with audiences who ruin the song by applauding all the way through.

What was the point of having Christina Perri there at all when the audience drowned her out by clapping...

I wouldn't worry about comments like that.

Knowing Albert (and I've seen his shows many times and met him a few times), he'd laugh like a drain.

Never sure whether listening to Albert is a good thing for a guitarist. He could inspire you, or make you bin your guitar.

Well yes, you may prefer Lang Lang who is indeed a terrific pianist.

Certainly, if you want fireworks and gurning then he is your man.

However, although Horowitz seems to have a reputation for inaccuracy, his playing has a soul, a depth of feeling unrivalled in the recorded era...

Well in fairness, I reckon there are great tries in both union and league.

I'm a union fan, but enjoy a bit of league as well - and this was a really exciting game.

I find it hard to understand some of the comments here.

Sure, Tendulkar is a genius; but to say that Don Bradman is not far and away the best batsman ever is akin to saying the Earth doesn't go around the Sun.
