Hi everyone! My name is Tomara, and I am trying to lose about 80 pounds at roughly 10 pounds per month. At my heaviest I was in the 240's after I had my son last July. I started losing weight on youtube in October, but fell off the wagon in November. Thankfully, I survived the holidays and now I'm back in the game, with a new determination in a new year. I workout at the gym most days of the week, I am eating a low fat, high fiber, whole food diet, and I monitor my calories expended using the bodybugg.
