Cory has never been one to take the conventional route. After military service, 4 years of college, and a stint as a glorified cabana boy at a tropical resort, he made his way to Tokyo. He joined the Tokyo Comedy Store (Tokyo's longest running English Comedy club), quickly became a regular and began performing at venues throughout the city. Using his highly energetic style of Stand-up he quickly became an audience favorite. Cory's varied background and experience abroad, entertaining military members, college students, ex-pats, Japanese English speakers and many more has enabled him to create material which is both accessible and relevant yet original. While in Tokyo, he also held lead roles in several plays and musicals as well as making an appearance in a nationally televised Diet Coke commercial. In April of 2007 he made the move to New York City where you can now catch him performing at various venues all over town.
