ppl say and dispute CMA=chinese tradition kungfu as thoseshow up as kungfu master

never練功 nor do real sparring and once in front of real crisis, they cry like the babies.

I would say even those doing WuShu still can do 練功 to help them holdg some real functional

Alex had been in the chinese kungfu Hongkong world since the 60's and he had been performing since late 60 & early 70. You can search round New Hero Magazine for his articles.
