@togekisstornado - Online with no download, you mean like an MMORPG? Not really, no. There is D&D online which is free, but that doesn't even use the same rules system as the 2nd edition rules used in the BG games... Hm. Ultima Online was sort of like that, but I don't even think... it might still be online, actually, as far as 2D isometric games like that are concerned.
