@jangkor187 Tempest is meant for anti-harassment against mutas and phoenixes, not for harassment.

@INeeedSpoons Not really for protoss. Besides zealots, HTs, DTs, and archons, all their other units are mechanical and can't be healed. And of those units, only the zealot is sturdy in terms of hp and can really benefit from the medivac.
