Prophecy - Ancient History - The Restored Gospel.
A correct knowledge of Earth's catastrophic ancient history is the key to all three. Knowing this makes the scriptures and prophecy plain, deciphers the symbols etched on the walls of monuments, temples and tombs and explains the symbolic language of the prophets, ancient and modern. No Latter-day Saint should be without these keys, for without them, fully half the gospel message is lost.

The author of five books to the LDS audience, I am also a journalist, photographer, composer and animator.
More than anything else, I desire to share what I've learned about events in ancient history that have shaped sacred traditions. I wish that every Latter-day Saint could have the insight this study has provided for me, personally. It's a profound exercise in enlightenment that includes the symbolism of the scriptures, the temples and the words of the prophets. Not only does it increase one's gospel comprehension many fold, it amplifies and strengthens one's testimony. Every Latter-day Saint should study these things.
