Hi! I am Mario Santoro, an Italian food lover and photographer.
At the moment I live in Umbria at TodiCastle, where I have a 400 square metres studio.
Also known as Capecchio, TodiCastle is a manor house located 10 miles south of the town of Todi, on a hilltop to the east side of Collelungo town, now belonging to the Municipality of Baschi, near Terni, in Umbria, Italy.
TodiCastle is composed by a medieval castle and three villas, dipped in the Umbrian countryside, that I transformed into a farmhouse and a country-luxury accomodation for international guests.
You can rent a luxury castle or fabulous villas where you will find élite concierges and personalized service, an ideal solution for weddings, business meetings, friends and family vacations.
We produce the best Umbrian wines and olive oil and we cook Italian typical dishes for our guests, made only with TodiCastle production of organic ingredients (vegetables, fruit...).
