Welcome to my YouTube channel! I have been overwhelmed with the interest in these videos, thanks! As a result, I can no longer filter comments which are spam, vulgar, threats, irrelevant, useless, ads, ridiculous, etc. as I previously did. That was becoming a full-time job! Please help by rating comments so we can keep the discussions relevant and interesting. I will be posting more videos soon!

Movies:
I'm almost always disappointed in movies. Is it me? I watch some House MD, 24, Kitchen Nightmares, MasterChef, Hell's Kitchen and Undercover Boss with my wife, but we mostly watch the Food channel and sometimes the Travel channel... I love food and travel so Anthony Bourdain (No Reservations), Andrew Zimmern (Bizarre Foods) and Adam Richman (Man vs. Food) get my attention. I also get a kick out of Iron Chef, the best episode imho (Batali vs Carmellini) featured Parmigiano-Reggiano! Umami! Thank God I still have a high metabolism and low cholesterol! :)
