A long time ago I made a clone recipe for a famous cookie and it tasted really good. Then I made a whole crapload of clone recipes for more famous foods and put them all in a book. After we sold a bunch of books I made even more clone recipes and put those in some more books, and then I went out and bought a video camera at Best Buy.

Yo, I don't know if you have Golden Griddle in the States(or was even in Canada and ate at a Golden Griddle). But you gotta clone their holandaise sauce. Also think you could clone the southwest/cajun sauce Helmans makes?
