As a Colorado native Todd Bates played professional soccer while attending Colorado State. Todd Bates has been an entrepreneur from the day he graduated from college.
He began a successful real estate career and built a business that sold 300 homes a year for over 7 years in a row. He built his business using marketing methods that separated himself from his competitors quickly and made him highly desirable by sellers across the Denver metropolitan area.

During his years in real estate Todd actively coached other agents, business owners, and sales agents in the art of lead generation and lead conversion.

For the last 15 years Todd has been a full time business and marketing coach. He has personally coached over 15,000 sales people and spoken in front of over 250,000 with his live events, seminars, and boot camps.

His focus has and always will be helping entrepreneurs get more out of their marketing. Todds real estate business netted him a 7 figure income off of a marketing budget of less than $1,200 monthly.

In all of Todds businesses his marketing generates extremely high returns and he spends his own money in testing concepts, techniques, and models prior to revealing his findings to his clients.

His current businesses continue to grow despite the economy and he continues to have a multi 7 figure net income.
