bulk up ur legs, if u can squat 2 timez ur body weight 5 timez n ur quick n coordinate. u will jump out the gym! if your strong already but not coordintaed or quick practice jumpin, sprinting n do plyometrics. do those things n u will get the hopz u want.

1.look up hip flexor stretch n use dynamic stretches before playin 2. pratice minimum knee bend when jumping 3. buy leg warmers like the pros wear, the warmer ur legs the more blood flow the better 4. study dunks n the way they take off then practice 5. watch something that gets u excited 2 go n dunk 6. drink a energy drinks they help u get loose n help ur reatcions, the less u think about it n the more u use ur reations the higher u will jump 7. drink lots of water all the time 8. when weight lifting do fast sets where ur just tryin 2 move the weight as fast n exposive as u can n slow sets where u hit all mucsles. hope these tips help
