Kindness is an inner desire that makes us want to do good things even if we do not get anything in return. It is the joy of our life to do them. When we do good things from this inner desire, there is kindness in everything we think, say, want and do.

I pray for peace, love, kindness and compassion for all
I believe in LOVE, unconditional love for all people
I meditate to metta which is loving kindness
I walk a path of peace and kindness
Love is the language that every heart speaks,
for love is the one thing that every heart seeks,
and Love works in ways that are wondrous and strange,
and there is nothing in life that love cannot change.
I believe in respecting all peoples
rights to believe in what they want
for there are many religions in this world, many nationalities, many races
and people need to co-exist.
However I choose to worship Jesus
he is my lord and king and I believe in the bible
There is but one true God and he is Yah or Elohim.
I love all and judge none, for we
are all ONE and we all come from the
same creator.
God has no religion for he is love.
All major religious traditions carry
basically the same message,
that is love, compassion and forgiveness,
and the important thing is they should be
part of our daily lives.
Spread love everywhere you go.
Smile upon everyone you see, for it
might be the only sunshine they shall
see all day
And if you see someone without a smile?
Give them one of yours.
Treat everyone with politeness,
even those who are rude to you
not because they are nice,
but because you are.
Love is a symbol of eternity.
