Hello, everyone, and welcome to my little piece of the YouTube world. My channel is just an organized collection of the music I like. If you have found your way to this page, there is a decent chance that we share the same preferences in musical videos. I'm not a big fan of heavy metal or rap, but I do like many other kinds of music, from soft rock and new age to instrumental and classical, from the 60s thru today. My favorites include many songs sung in languages other than English, such as Irish-Gaelic and the Scandinavian languages. These songs appeal to me, even though I dont understand a word of the lyrics, just because I feel that a great tune was combined with great singing. Please feel free to wander around in my playlists, and you are certainly welcome to subscribe or to comment.

I'm a divorced father of four grown children, two boys & two girls, who have in turn presented me with four grandchildren, all of whom seem to have me under some kind of spell.

I have always lived in either Kansas or Missouri, so that makes me a die-hard Midwesterner. I worked in the corporate world for 24 yrs before striking out on my own in light construction and remodeling, and from that, I am now semi-retired. I enjoy woodworking, and as you might have guessed, puttering around with YouTube.

Both of my parents were fully Irish and both had roots that I could trace back to County Clare. I still enjoy finding out all I can about my Irish heritage, and this is probably a factor in why I so much like to listen to Celtic Woman and Enya sing in Irish-Gaelic.
