About O'Fit
O'Fit is a performance therapy & fitness studio located in Indianapolis, Indiana. We make athletes better. We specialize in injury recovery, fitness and sports performance. Owner, Tom Jennings who has a Masters degree in Athletic Training, is a Certified Athletic Trainer and NASM performance enhancement specialist. He has over 20 years of experience in sports medicine, including six years as an Assistant Athletic Trainer with the Indiana Pacers of the NBA. Tom specializes in functional training which helps individuals improve balance, flexiblity,strength,core and power, while preventing injuries.
