@District116 - Did you get signed releases from Melissa and the others at this event to use a video of them for monetary gain? How are you making money off these videos and how would anyone uploading an excerpt of a video taken of a public official discussing matters of public interest with his constituents be infringing?
You should be thanking those who have now helped bring attention to your video and, indirectly, your site. which is also clearly linked to Joe Walsh so I imagine he has something to do with these threats. If you do pursue a case, I personally know a top constitutional attorney who will defend pro bono those you sue. Because he will make a lot of money when the court orders YOU to pay his fees.

If the threat is implemented, take this one to court. There are many NGOs who will help fund attorney fees.
